FAQs

1. Why do you need to use air in the solution?

Gelatin/Chitin-decomposing microorganisms are aerobic, meaning they require oxygen to thrive. Supplying oxygen through an air bubble is essential for cultivating these microorganisms. Use the aerator until the culturing process is complete.

2. How long can the brewed solution be used?

It takes about a week to cultivate microorganisms using the product, and they must be used within 15 days from the start of cultivation. This is when they are most active. After this period, there's a high chance of contamination by other microorganisms. (After use, clean the culture tank and heater with water to remove any residue.)

3. What should I do with the remaining brewed solution after culturing microorganisms?

Best used within 15 days of starting incubation. Even after 15 days, the solution contains beneficial nutrients produced by the microorganisms. Do not throw it away; instead, sprinkle it on the soil, avoiding the leaves of the crops.

4. What are the storage precautions for Power GCM-N?

Avoid direct sunlight and store at room temperature (4°C to 35°C).

5. How often should the solution be applied to crops?

Generally, 2-3 times a month, with a maximum of 4 times. It's recommended to irrigate at intervals of 10-15 days, but this can vary based on crop growth conditions. For foliar fertilization, it's more effective if diluted and used with pesticides or other eco-friendly chemicals.

6. What should I do if too much foam is generated during microorganism culture?

If a large amount of foam is generated, add about one-third of a regular paper cup of cooking oil to the solution. This will greatly reduce the foam.

7. Can I use 1000L culture medium in 500L water at once and use it after culturing?

Culturing Plus 1000 in a 500L tank will not result in a significantly stronger culture. You will grow a similar amount of microorganisms to cultivating Fournet Plus, although the produced substances will be slightly more.

8. Can I choose the fertilizer content for secondary culture according to the growth period?

Yes, you can choose the fertilizer appropriate for the growing season, but it must contain nitrogen, phosphoric acid, and potassium. The amount can be reduced, but all three ingredients must be included.

9. What is the optimal water temperature for cultivating microorganisms?

The optimal water temperature is 45 to 50 degrees Celsius.

10. Do I need to keep 500 liters of water when cultivating 500 liters?

You can use up to 600L for a 500L culture. Cultivating beyond this capacity is difficult. If the container is smaller, the number of microorganisms will be proportionally less.

11. Why do you add water a day before culturing instead of filling the tank full?

Filling the tank about three-quarters full prevents the culture medium from overflowing due to bubble generation during culturing.

12. There are almost no bubbles when cultivating microorganisms. Is this a problem?

No, the presence of bubbles is not an issue. Rapidly growing microorganisms produce more foam, while slow-growing ones produce less. By the end of the incubation period (6-7 days), the number of microorganisms will be similar regardless of foam production.
