Items For Brewing

  • Water Tank

    1,000L, material for over 50 Celsius degree

  • Water Pump

    ½ hip or 500w, operating temperature is over 50 Celsius degree, Stainless body is preferable.

  • Air Pump

    Can use Venturi instead of using a separate air pump. Venturi size is at around ½ inch size. It can be inserted at the outlet of water pump and join into the tank.

  • Heater

    Can be heater installed outside or inside of the tank. Sample of the brewing kit will use the heater installed outside.

  • Thermometer

    It is essential to use a reliable thermometer to control the heater (heating element).

  • Others

    3 kg of sugar and 6Kg of NPK fertilizers for further brewing. For the initial brewing Power GCM-N is used.

Make It

Brewing Process

1. Fill the tank 70% of the tank, 700L

2. Heat the water and set the temperature range by 45-50C and aeration the water by using the Venturi or other similar method.

3. Add 1 bag of Power GCM-N and stir for 2 mins and leave 24 hours

4. After 24 hours, add 3Kg of sugar and 6 Kg of water soluble fertilizers of NPK.

5. Leave there another 24 hours.

6. After that, add more to make 1000L and 6 hours or around.

7. When brewed well, stop power and apply to the crop.

How to apply the solution

  • Solution A

    Use the garden hose and do foliage spray until the ground is soaked.

    1000L of solution plus 3 times of water. That is 4000L/3acres-4.5 acres.

  • Solution B

    Use drip tapes: 1000L of solution plus 3 times of water. That is 4000L/2.5 acres=1 Ha.

  • Step 3

    Solution C

    Can use overhead sprinkler on the crop and the soil.

    Rate: 1000L of solution plus 3000L to 3 – 4.5 acres
